Join this large equipment manufacturer who design, supply and install custom gear to the infrastructure sector across Australia. Work closely with the project team to ensure financial, programme and WHS targets and goals are met.
Central location with off street parking and an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of these large projects.
The role
- Support the project team in the administration and document control.
- Manage of head contract and supplier claims and variations.
- Resource planning including organising labour and procurement of materials and plant.
- Manage of all WHS, environmental and QA documentation.
- Tender and quote preparation, submission and review.
About you
- 5+ years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing, construction or engineering sectors.
- Experience negotiating cost, performance and contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to priorities tasks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Qualifications in project management, contract law or similar, desirable but not essential.
