The role
- Analyse project plans and specifications to determine materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and accurately estimate material quantities and costs for residential construction projects, including high-end finishes and luxury features.
- Liaising with project teams and directors to review the final submission.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.
About you
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Positive and proactive person who can contribute to the culture.
- Confidence to deliver high-quality submissions that will deliver projects.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
