ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is well-suited for an Estimator or Supervisor aiming to advance their career with an established builder that has a strong project pipeline.
Key tasks & responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing tender documentation and developing bid strategy.
- Developing sub-contract tender packages.
- Collating prices to formulate bid submissions.
- Liaising with project teams and directors to review the final submission.
- Supporting post-tender negotiations, development of budgets.
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities, preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Using problem-solving skills to quickly resolve issues and keep the project on track.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as an Estimator pricing commercial projects between $2M-$25M.
- Confidence to deliver high-quality submissions that will deliver projects.
- Excellent commercial acumen with an eye for detail and the ability to influence those around you.
- Methodical approach to your work with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify new project opportunities.
