Their hard-working, entrepreneurial attitude and desire to develop innovative construction solutions has been core to the business’s growth over the last few decades.
Due to this growth, an opportunity is now available for a motivated, highly experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of a number of industrial projects valued up to $10M across the region.
The role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing, reviewing and maintaining strong systems and processes across the business
- Overseeing project performance, including program and financial management to ensure forecasted project outcomes are achieved
- Reviewing contractual conditions to reduce financial, safety and quality risks
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure the continued growth of the business
- Mentoring the project team to guarantee high standards, and a positive and collaborative team environment is maintained
About you
- You will have previous experience in a project management position within the construction sector, delivering commercial and/or industrial projects
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or project management are preferred but not essential
- You will be a strong people manager, who genuinely cares about the people working for them and knows how to get the best out of your team
- You have an excellent understanding of construction and project management best practices with the ability to implement systems and tools to deliver high quality and profitable projects
- You have a strong commercial acumen with experience managing P+L and reporting
- You will be committed to WHS and instil a zero-harm ethos across all projects and the business
