This residential builder specialises in single-storey and double-storey projects across NSW, Ensuring excellence in every stage of the build. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their construction team in Regional NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Site Manager you will oversee the construction of the project, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key tasks & responsibilities will include:
- Supervise residential construction sites, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
- Oversee and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, site protocols, and building codes.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and quality assurance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members.

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Trade qualification.
- Cool, calm, and collected, engaging with people in a collaborative way to get work done.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid ability to manage and motivate trades in a fast-paced environment.
- Current driver’s license.
