Founded in 2020, we are the regions’ only dedicated recruitment agency for Engineering, Procurement and Project Delivery.
Why are we hiring?
At the start of the year, we lost one of our Talent Acquisition Specialist. Not lost like a misplace set of car keys. They returned to their former career and passion. An opportunity presented itself which meant they could do what they love but without the original headaches. As much as this isn’t great news for us, sometimes things just don’t work out like we hope. We’ll miss them and will keep in touch; our paths may cross at some point in the future. No skeletons in the closet or dirty laundry to be seen here.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be speaking to and meeting candidates within the Construction, Project Management, Engineering and Procurement industries. You’ll be finding out about their skills, experience and career objectives, appetite for switching jobs and finding out what makes them tick. You could be sourcing for a specific vacancy or building a “pool” of in demand candidates.
On a broader level, you’ll continue to help shape who we are, what makes us different and help build our brand within our chosen markets. As we grow, there will be opportunities for you to grow too.
About you:
Approachable, inquisitive, and someone who can build rapport quickly. Your friends will describe you as someone they can trust, rely on and a bit of an influencer too (not the Instagram kind). You’ll be resilient too, success comes in a variety of forms but doesn’t necessarily happen overnight.
No need to have recruitment or a sales background, you may have experience in retail, hospitality, HR or Marketing. You may even have experience in Construction, Engineering or Procurement and be looking for a change.
What we offer:
We’re pretty flexible, we can support hybrid or an office-based work environment. You can work part-time or full-time, we have families and know how unpredictable life can be. In addition to 4 weeks standard annual leave, you’ll also receive Christmas holiday leave covering you for the time between Christmas and the NY.
Along with a base salary paid weekly, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission.
We don’t take ourselves to seriously, but we do take our work seriously.
