Who are we:

Founded in 2020, we are the regions’ only dedicated recruitment agency for Engineering, Procurement and Project Delivery. Think Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Procurement Officers etc. These are the people we interact with each and every working day.

We’re are busy, growing and we need to support our current clients and future clients find the key people they need to help their business thrive.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be speaking to and meeting candidates within the Construction, Project Management, Engineering and Procurement industries. You’ll be finding out about their skills, experience and career objectives, appetite for switching jobs and finding out what makes them tick. You could be sourcing for a specific vacancy or building a “pool” of in demand candidates.

On a broader level, you’ll continue help shape who we are, what makes us different and build our brand within our chosen markets. As we grow, there will be opportunities for you to grow too.

About you:

Confident, but not cocky, approachable, inquisitive, and someone who can build rapport quickly. Your friends will describe you as someone they can trust and rely on. You’ll be an influencer (not the Instagram kind), resilient and can smell bullsh*t a mile away. Unfortunately, some people will lie or exaggerate the truth to increase their chances of securing their next job. It’s your job to ensure a duck, looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. Plenty of turkeys think they’re eagles in the world of recruitment.

No need to have a recruitment background, you may have experience in retail, hospitality, HR, marketing or sales. You may even have experience in Construction, Engineering or Procurement and be looking for a change. 
  
What we offer:

We’re flexible and approachable, we can support hybrid or an office-based work environment. You can work part-time or full-time, we have families and know how unpredictable life can be – just don’t take the p1ss! In addition to 4 weeks standard annual leave, you’ll also leave covering you for the time between Christmas and the NY. 

Along with a base salary that will cover more than bread and baked beans, you’ll be paid weekly and have the opportunity to earn monthly commission. The more placements you help us make, the more money you make.

Training will be a mix of hands on, 1:1 in the office complimented by external, virtual training delivered by some of the industries’ leading experts.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do take our work seriously.
