The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing, reviewing and maintaining strong systems and processes across the business
- Overseeing project performance, including program and financial management to ensure forecasted project outcomes are achieved
- Reviewing contractual conditions to reduce financial, safety and quality risks
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure the continued growth of the business
- Managing and mentoring the project team to ensure a collaborative team environment is maintained and high standards are upheld
About you:
- You will have previous experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager within the construction sector, delivering commercial and/or industrial projects
- A strong people manager, who genuinely cares about the people working for them and knows how to get the best out of your team
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of construction and project management best practices
- Familiar with contemporary project systems for document control, forecasting and project reporting
- Demonstrate a strong commercial acumen
- A track record of upholding best practice WHS procedures and instil a zero-harm ethos across all projects and the broader business
