Here in Newcastle, they have an established team of local professionals well networked across the region and due to continued growth, are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Support the team in contract preparation including the development of scope of works
- Tender preparation, submission review and assessment
- Negotiation of contract terms and conditions
- Contract management including reviewing variations, assessing and processing claims
- Project cost reporting
- Performing tasks at the direction of the Project Manager
ABOUT YOU:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator with commercial construction sector
- Extremely driven and eager to develop your career with a leading builder
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Not afraid to ask questions in order to achieve the best results
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an ever-changing industry
